Your purchase includes the Memorial QR Code and access to the online tribute platform. There are no recurring costs, and the memorial page remains active indefinitely.

Yes, when setting up the memorial page you can opt in to make the page viable on our Tributes Page which means anyone can search for your loved ones page. Alternatively you can purchase our Cofio package you will receive a digital QR Code that will allow the QR Code can be shared digitally, etc This allows anyone, regardless of location, to visit and contribute to the tribute.
What happens if I lose my QR code?
By adding Theft and Damage insurance to your purchase, if your QR code is lost or damaged we will reissue a replacement QR code that links to the same memorial page, ensuring your tribute remains accessible. Find our more here.
Is there a limit to how much content I can upload?
You can upload up to 100 images and Videos. You can also upload videos from Youtube and Vimeo. This allows you to include a substantial collection of cherished memories and moments.
How do I purchase more than one memorial package?
To purchase multiple memorial packages, please place each order separately, as our system processes one package per transaction to ensure accurate customisation and delivery. Simply complete your first order, then return to the product page to begin a new one. If you use the same email for each order, you can easily manage all tribute pages from a single account dashboard.
